By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Appointments & Booking All services are by appointment only. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Clients must provide accurate contact details when booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 12 hours prior to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of loyalty points.
Service Policy
HV Salon reserves the right to decline services for health, hygiene, or safety reasons. We strive to ensure all services meet client expectations. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If a service-related issue arises (e.g., skin reaction), we will offer loyalty points for your next service.See our full Refund Policy for details.
Client Responsibility
Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. Arrive on time and in a clean, safe environment for at-home services.
Loyalty Program
Loyalty points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Points can only be redeemed with HV Salon.
